Shipping & Returns Policy


Most orders are dispatched within 5-10 working days of ordering with the exception of orders made on weekends (Friday-Sunday), orders made over the weekend period will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).

An email confirmation will be sent to the email address given on your order once the order has been dispatched.

As we ship from our global warehouses (US, Canada, Vietnam, Thailand, China and Singapore), orders may arrive from 2-4 weeks. We have "The estimated delivery time" in each product description. Hand made products may take longer than other products.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. Simply follow the instructions, and submit a request for return/exchange in your order page and we will try our best to meet your request.

Fast Refund
Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with original label back to our return center. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.

Purchase (except clothes and final sale) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivered date. Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels ,ensure that all articles in the package are intact ! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. In the case of wrong item sent, we will pay for return shipping and send you return shipping label.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return

  • Final sale item(s)
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Clothes can only be returned/exchanged if it is defective/damaged or wrong item.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order ID and photos of problem/defect item. DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact our Customer service at if you decide to cancel the order.

For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order shave already been shipped.
