Shipping & Returns Policy
Most orders are dispatched within 5-10 working days of ordering with the exception of orders made on weekends (Friday-Sunday), orders made over the weekend period will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).
An email confirmation will be sent to the email address given on your order once the order has been dispatched.
As we ship from our global warehouses. We have "The Estimated Time Of Delivery" in each product description. Hand made products may take longer than other products.
We ship your orders from various international warehouses. Our inventory is distributed over multiple fulfilment centers around the world in order for you to receive the order faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive an item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once as the others are on the way.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. Simply follow the instructions, and submit a request for return/exchange on your order page and we will try our best to meet your request.
Need a different size, color or pattern? Have a hassle-free exchange as long as it is in stock.
Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with original label back to our return center. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
Purchase (except clothes and final sale) can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the delivered date. Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels ,ensure that all articles in the package are intact ! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
Buyer is responsible for returning shipping cost. In the case of the wrong item sent, we will pay for the return shipping and send you the return shipping label.
Purchase Not Eligible for Return
- Gift cards.
- Final sale item(s).
- Some health and personal care items.
- Clothes can only be returned/exchanged if it is the wrong item and haven't been worn yet.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order ID and photos of the problem/defect item. DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact our Customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org if you decide to cancel the order.
For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
